All payments are expected at the time of service.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, & Care Credit.
- We also accept Cash and Personal checks.
- Checks are processed as an Electronic Funds Transfer so your license is required, and the money is transferred the day the check is processed. It is important that the money is available that day in your account. There is a fee of $25.00 for each returned check. We do not extend credit nor do we make payment plans or bill for services. All unpaid invoices are sent to our collection agency.
- Care Credit
We are able to provide payment plans through Care Credit which are interest free so long as the minimum monthly payment is met and the full balance paid within (usually) 6 months. Application for care credit may be made “while you wait” in the office, or you may apply at home by visiting www.carecredit.com.
